Any order made throughout the day can be (cancelled / modified) before closure of order book at 8.00 PM on call.

Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within Same or Next days of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged or defective items.Once verified, we will provide you with a replacement product or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Incorrect Items:In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately.We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, or if preferred, provide a refund.

Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any product, please contact us within Same days of receiving your order. We may request additional information to understand the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds:Refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of approval. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:Certain perishable items may not be eligible for refunds unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellation Policy:Orders can be canceled up to 1 hour before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
